The Joint Force Training Centre (JFTC) received an Honourable Mention from the Marshal of Kuyavian and Pomeranian Voivodeship (the head of the regional-level government). JFTC was recognized for increasing the importance of Kuyavia and Pomerania as a crucial spot for NATO training.
The award was handed to Colonel Robert Różyński, Head of JFTC Headquarters Support Division, and Colonel Gerhard Zeh, Head of JFTC Plans and Development Division, who represented the JFTC Commander during an official ceremony. The event took place on 19 June.
The Honourable Mention is one of the Marshal of Kuyavian and Pomeranian Voivodeship’s annual awards. They were introduced to recognize people, teams or organizations whose work and activities are of utmost importance for the region. Apart from awards in 13 main categories, including economy, European funds, social activities, innovations, education and others, also one Honourable Mention is presented every year.
